Morellone Piceno 2011

Le Caniette

The Morellone 2011 has a dark red almost purple color; very tender to the edge. This shows the youth and precision of the wine. Olfactory deep and silent, almost shy, it opens slowly. It has a straight taste with an inner density. The power of the tannins doesn’t allow the width to be fully perceived.
Accompanied by beef, preferably spicy and piquant, the fine tannins with bite create the ideal combination.

A cultivated and elegant wine. Perfect structure in the mouth, typical notes and freshness close dynamically. Narrow tannins, in the final woody.
