ARS VINUM - THE ART OF WINE Organically produced boutique wines from Italy

Barbera Bricco Francia 2016

Villa Terlina

The Bricco Francia is obtained from a recently implanted vineyard, where the youth and freshness of the vines do not allow the terroir to be fully revealed. This plot of land belongs geologically to Monsicuro, which it will officially become part of in its 30th year. Bricco Francia assembles the qualities of a young wine: freshness and fruit combined with a full and soft structure.

The comment of our oenologist

To access the philosophy of Villa Terlina, we decided to start with the simplest product of its selection, the Bricco Francia. A base wine that for other wineries would be a top selection. Particularly abundant and expressive bouquet in a great vintage. The aging is conducted paying special attention to the mineral and aiming to preserve the integrity of the tannin. A wine to be enjoyed in its roundness and harmony.
