The comment of our oenologist

Riserva Bugialla. I have known this wine since the 90s. From a period when it was straight, with almost strawy tannins that closed one's mouth. The great work in the vineyard and the diligence in the cellar have led to the modern version of this wine, which remains classic like in the past, but with a gentle soul. Great tannic density for a wine that appears compressed when first opened and then grows in an absurd dimension, where the mouth almost explodes because of the incredible taste.
