The comment of our oenologist

At Vermentino Nero, a vineyard that we find in this area only, great attention to the winemaking that takes place in open Barrique is given, to fully express the elegance of this vineyard in these mineral soils. It is a wine to be served cold to stress the flavor and tonic nature of the mineral – tannin, low acidity yet linear, bare and essential.
