Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso 2011

Vigna Petrussa

Autochthonous vine from the Friuli. Its color is an intense violet red. The perfume is vinous, with perceptions of mature hay and compote of red fruit and spices. The taste is soft and slightly tannic, full and wide body that expands persistently and velvetly.

The comment of our oenologist

The Refosco is an autochthonous vine, which is not often mentioned. Here we have a fantastic wine with a crimson red color; deep structure, superb sweetness in the mouth, volume, and fleshiness, but made emotional and light by an abundant, juicy and tonic tannin.
