Lambrusco Monovitigno

Fattoria Moretto

The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro is dry und sparkling. Organoleptic qualities: flamboyant cardinal red revived by a pleasant froth. It offers a sophisticated pattern of red fruit, blackberries and strawberries, recurring notes of roses and peonies on elegant nuances of aromatic herbs and minerality. Flavorful mouth, enriched by freshness; a balance that gives fruity sensations in the persistent end.

The comment of our oenologist

Selezione Monovitigno. We are beyond limits – this Lambrusco is the least flashy one. Thin and floral perfumes, extremely clear and expressed. The color is more faded and there is a smaller tannic extraction. There is also less substance; this wine favors aromatic elegance and a juicy sensation in the mouth.
