Vadiaperti

Intense straw yellow color. In the nose, citrus, particularly grapefruit, leave to make space for white fruits from apple to pear. 2012 with its high temperatures, low rainfalls and extreme temperature changes has favored the optimal maturation of Greek grapes which prefer this type of climate. In the center of Campania, continental climate, with a particularly mineral soil for a Greco di Tufo, that is extremely balanced and saline. Its freshness is mineral and not acid, yet its expression resembles a German Riesling.
