The comment of our oenologist

A tasty Sangiovese; fruity sweetness and juicy in the mouth. The tannic component does not emerge, and it is such a harmonic wine, that at the first sip it seems simple. However, the more sips one takes, the more one realizes how interesting this wine is.

Terroir
In the Siena sorroundings, in the wonderful territory of Val D'Orcia. The valley is also an important natural park, artistic and cultural, and on 02/07/2004 it was recognized as a Unesco World Heritage site for the excellent preservation of the landscape. The soil is sandy-silt-clay, with a calcareous matrix. Full sunny climate, with the influence of the Amiata volcano.

Vinification & Aging
Important macerations for a classic wine. Aging: 2 years in new Tonneau and bottling without filtration.
