Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Mas

Le Colture

Recalling the old family traditions with its typical binding of the cap string, which is still done manually today, the Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. Mas (sparkling) was born. Dry and fresh, the color is the characteristic light straw-color. The nose is rich with the aroma of floral and fruity scents.

The comment of our oenologist

Mas, the company's entry level prosecco, with standard cork and 2 atm of pressure for a persistent perlage. White flowers scent to the nose, while the mouth is dense with a compressed carbon dioxide, in a game of contrasts. Obviously, this prosecco should be served in a flute. A large flute is better suited to enjoy the substance, the incredible pleasure of drinking and the digestibility, which is always an important characteristic when choosing our producers.
