Ancient origins for this grape variety, which is scarcely spread, and where a white fermentation (without skins) at low temperatures produces an elegant wine with intense straw color and subtle and charming perfumes. Due to the shape of its grape, it is also called White Nebbiolo. It is a dry and fresh wine, with a pleasant acidity, that should be enjoyed young. Fresh and charming perfume with hints of honey and almonds. Dry taste – extremely elegant.

The comment of our oenologist

If we speak of the Arneis, an autochthonous white variety from Piedmont, one immediately understands Adriana's and Bruno's knowledge of the subject. A wine that is excellent as an aperitif, incredibly fresh in the perfumes (white flower, peach) and a juice explosion in the mouth. A light carbon dioxide adds dynamism and a tasty-mineral aspect to a wine that on certain levels is close to a Riesling, but with more mineral freshness instead of acidity. A simple wine, but with a great taste.
