The comment of our oenologist

Salera is a blend of Bordeaux vineyards in Veneto. The Cabernet has fresh and spicy perfumes; in the mouth this wine is light, flavorful and linear. Neither does it have the pulp of those Cabernets coming from clay soils, nor the strict tannin of the French Bordeaux; it is a harmonic, juicy and enjoyable wine. Developed interesting complexity and spices during the last years of aging – a complete and elegant wine.
